Jocelyn Rod
Jocelyn was born in Calgary, AB however she was raised in Ontario where she completed her Early Childhood Education Diploma at Sheridan College.
She has extensive years in the childcare industry in various roles from Kindergarten teacher to Regional Director supporting academies in both AB and SK regions.
Jocelyn is passionate about working with families to help nurture children's development with a focus on the unique attributes of each child. She has a genuine drive to help build strong ECE educators within her team through role modeling, mentoring and team building.
Additionally, Jocelyn is a proud mom to a little girl named Grace who manages to teach her new things everyday on how to be the best version of herself.
In her spare time, she is an avid traveller who has been privileged to live on Vancouver Island in beautiful BC where she owned and operated a retreat facility that focused on the well being of women and self care. This amazing opportunity led Jocelyn to focus on her passion of supporting the development of exceptional caregivers when she returned to the field over 5 years ago.
