Mandeep has been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 2021 and is passionate about supporting the individualized growth and development of every child. He strongly believes that a strong partnership between educators and families is essential in creating a solid foundation for children to learn, grow, and thrive. Driven by his dedication and passion for early learning, Mandeep quickly advanced from an Early Childhood Educator to the role of Program Director. Through his leadership, Mandeep strives to create an environment where children, families, and educators can work together to help every child reach their fullest potential.
